Cancellation Policy

No Refund Policy

As a digital SaaS platform providing AI-generated content, we are unable to process refunds after your subscription has started. This policy applies to all SuperCMO subscriptions purchased through getsupercmo.ai.

Paid Trial & Auto-Renewal

Eligible new users can start a 7-day paid trial for $9 that includes 35 credits to explore SuperCMO.

• Trial fee: The trial fee is charged when the trial starts and is non-refundable.
• Automatic renewal: At the end of the 7-day trial, your subscription automatically renews into the paid monthly plan you chose unless you cancel first.
• Cancel during the trial: Cancel anytime from your account settings before the trial ends to avoid the monthly charge. Your access and trial credits continue until the trial ends.
• After conversion: Once the paid subscription begins, the no-refund policy above applies.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

• Access continues through end of billing cycle: After cancellation, you retain full access to all plan features until the current billing period ends.
• No renewal charge: Once the cycle ends, no renewal charge is made, and you keep your account and any purchased credits that are still valid under our Terms.
• No refund for partial periods: Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.

Exceptions

In rare cases, we may consider exceptions at our sole discretion for:

• Technical issues that prevented you from using the service
• Duplicate charges due to payment processing errors

All exception requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the charge. Custom services or consulting provided by SuperCMO are never eligible for exceptions.
